This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant, luminous sensory experience driven by a lush trio of Luminosa, Mosaic, and Motueka hops. On the nose, it erupts with high-intensity notes of fresh lime zest and lemonade, courtesy of the Motueka and Luminosa, which evolve into a complex tapestry of ripe papaya, stone fruit, and a distinct hint of blueberry from the Mosaic. The palate follows suit, delivering a succulent wave of tropical flavors supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a gentle, grainy malt backbone. With its characteristic opacity and a smooth, restrained bitterness, it finishes clean yet fruit-forward, showcasing the bright, juicy intent of its modern hop profile.

Appearance. Color is a pale straw (3-4 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. Distinct notes of lime, candied orange, and lemon peel dominate, supported by secondary layers of blueberry, peach, and papaya. Malt character is low and bready, serving as a neutral base for the massive hop expression.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit and citrus, echoing the aroma's lime and stone fruit notes. The malt provides a low, grainy sweetness that balances the moderate, soft bitterness. The fermentation character is clean with subtle fruity esters that complement the Mosaic and Motueka hop profile. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of citrus oil.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It is exceptionally smooth with no hop harshness, astringency, or raw graininess, featuring a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
