This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant tropical tapestry driven by double dry-hopping with Strata, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. It opens with an explosion of passion fruit, ripe pineapple, and a distinctive hint of strawberry, grounded by subtle, dank herbal undertones. The soft, pillowy body carries flavors of candied orange and stone fruit, supported by a neutral, bready malt base. It finishes with a smooth, restrained bitterness and a lingering juicy quality that emphasizes fruit depth over sharp resins. The interplay of hop oils creates a lush, multi-layered sensory experience typical of the modern New England style.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4 SRM). Thick, creamy, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing. Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous glow; no visible particulates or hop matter.

Aroma. High intensity. Punchy tropical notes of pineapple and mango from El Dorado are layered with blueberry and citrus from Mosaic. Strata adds a unique strawberry and light dank herbal nuance. Bready, neutral malt backbone; clean fermentation with subtle stone fruit esters.

Taste. Immediate wave of tropical and stone fruits including pineapple, pear, and peach. Low to medium-low bitterness provides structure without harshness. The Mosaic hops lend a zesty citrus and dark berry character. Finish is off-dry and smooth, avoiding hop burn. Malt is lightly grainy and supportive.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starchiness.
