KORAL is a luminous Hazy IPA that masterfully explores the aromatic synergy of Cashmere, Idaho 7, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Rests on a foundational grist of soft wheat, the sensory profile opens with an inviting bouquet of white grape, orange peel, and a hint of resinous dankness. The palate is defined by a vivid procession of tangerines, fresh grapefruit, and the distinctive Sauvignon Blanc character of Nelson Sauvin, complemented by notes of ripe, slightly grassy melon. This medium-bodied ale balances its juicy hop intensity with a semi-sweet finish and restrained bitterness, delivering the smooth, fruit-forward experience essential to the style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze and a soft, luminous glow. Displays a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring white grape, zesty orange peel, and citrus. Subtle notes of tropical fruit and a light, resinous dankness are supported by a clean, bready, soft wheat malt background. Esters are present and fruity, perfectly integrated with the hop profile.

Taste. Initial impression of juicy tangerines and fresh grapefruit. The mid-palate introduces complex Sauvignon Blanc and ripe melon flavors. Malt character is low and bready, providing a soft platform for the hops. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft, leading into a semi-sweet, clean finish without any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, plush, and rounded texture. Carbonation is gentle and moderate, enhancing the smooth mouthfeel. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness.
