Jurassic Jam is a decadent Pastry Gose that transforms the traditional tart wheat ale into a lush fruit explosion. An intense medley of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and blackberry provides a complex, jammy core, while additions of vanilla impart a creamy, dessert-like sweetness. The characteristic Gose foundation remains, offering a soft lactic acidity and a subtle hint of sea salt that brightens the dense berry flavors. The wheat-heavy base supports a plush, rounded mouthfeel, resulting in a refreshing yet indulgent experience that mimics a berry-laden pastry.
