The base offers a soft, doughy wheat backbone that provides a canvas for the intense stone fruit character. Papua New Guinea Vanilla introduces a floral, creamy sweetness that rounds out the sharp lactic acidity, while a delicate saline thread maintains the style's refreshing, mouthwatering quality. Despite the higher strength, the finish remains crisp. The interplay of tart fruit, aromatic vanilla, and a hint of mineral salt creates a sophisticated, multi-layered experience that transcends the traditional boundaries of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (5–7 SRM) with a heavy, opaque fruit haze. Features a moderate, frothy white head with fair retention and slight lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring dominant notes of ripe apricot and delicate white peach. A distinct floral and marshmallow-like sweetness from the Papua New Guinea Vanilla blends with a clean, lactic tartness and a subtle, doughy wheat malt character. No hop aroma.
