This Hazy IPA offers a saturated sensory experience driven by a double dry-hop addition of Strata, Galaxy, and Mosaic. It opens with an explosion of passion fruit, ripe peach, and dank resin. The Strata hops provide a signature strawberry-meets-cannabis edge, while Galaxy contributes intense tropical guava and Mosaic adds layers of blueberries and citrus zest. The appearance is a luminous, opaque pale gold with a persistent meringue-like head. A pillowy, soft mouthfeel supports the massive hop flavors without harshness, finishing with a gentle, juice-like sweetness and restrained bitterness that emphasizes drinkability and vibrant fruit complexity.

Appearance. Pale gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze providing a characteristic shine. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity tropical and stone fruit aromatics. Dominant notes of mango, passion fruit, and blueberry. A clean, neutral, lightly bready malt backbone supports the hops, while a subtle dank, herbal note persists. No caramel or toasted malt character.

Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor featuring pineapple, guava, and citrus zest. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-high but perceived as soft and integrated. The finish is off-dry and juice-like with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. Free of any astringency or harsh hop burn.
