This Cold IPA-style American IPA offers a lean, ultra-crisp profile designed to spotlight a trio of high-impact New World hops. The aroma is dominated by Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin, delivering an intense bouquet of passionfruit, crushed white wine grapes, and gooseberry. Mosaic contributes a layered complexity of ripe berries and citrus peel. On the palate, the bitterness is firm but clean, supported by a minimalist malt backbone that ensures a bone-dry, refreshing finish. Fermented cold for a lager-like clarity and snap, it delivers high drinkability, leaving a lingering trail of tropical stone fruit and a needle-sharp bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold (4–6 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, mousse-like white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Dominant notes of nectarine and peach from Nectaron, complemented by the crushed grape and sauvignon blanc character of Nelson Sauvin. Mosaic adds subtle blueberry and citrus zest. Very low, crackery malt; extremely clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters.

Taste. Punchy hop flavors of passionfruit, guava, and gooseberry lead the palate. The bitterness is medium-high and crisp, never harsh. Malt is supportive and neutral, reminiscent of white bread crust or pilsner-style grains. Extremely dry finish with a clean, lingering bitterness and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a brisk, crisp texture. High carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth at 6%; exceptionally smooth and clean.
