This Hazy IPA presents an immersive tropical experience, driven by a lush trio of Galaxy, Citra, and Amarillo hops. The aromatic profile is dominated by intense bursts of passionfruit, ripe peach, and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, the hop-forward character transitions into a juicy blend of sweet orange and lime, supported by a clean, bready malt backbone. A soft, pillowy texture enhances the fruit expression while keeping bitterness remarkably restrained. The finish is smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical nectar without any harshness. It perfectly captures the modern New England-style intent through deliberate biotransformation and high-impact late hopping.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing and high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop character. Punchy tropical notes of passionfruit and pineapple from Galaxy meet bright citrus layers of grapefruit and lime from Citra. Subtle floral and sweet orange undertones from Amarillo are present. Background malt is neutral and lightly bready; no caramel or toast. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma; mango, peach, and tangerine are prominent. Low to medium-low bitterness that is very smooth and well-integrated. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor. Fermentation is clean and supportive of a juicy quality. Finish is off-dry and soft, with a gentle, non-lingering fruity aftertaste and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, rounded, and silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or raw starch character. Negligible alcohol warmth.

Sensory Profile.
