This Double West Coast IPA presents a modern, hop-forward profile led by the intense stone fruit of Nectaron and the vibrant tropical notes of Mosaic. Krush contributes layers of bright citrus and peach, while Chinook provides a classic resinous, pine-driven backbone that defines the style. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably lean and dry, focusing entirely on hop saturation without heavy caramel interference. The palate is dominated by a firm, clean bitterness that balances the lush fruit impressions, finishing crisp and lingering. It is a potent, aromatic showcase of New World hop varieties with exceptional clarity and drinkability.

Appearance. Gold to pale orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves tight lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple and passion fruit. Secondary notes of nectarine, grapefruit zest, and a sharp, resinous pine needle character. Background malt is neutral and crackery; fermentation is clean with a very subtle, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit and resinous spice. Firm, high bitterness that is assertive but lacks harshness. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, bready support without residual sweetness. Dry, clean finish with a long-lasting aftertaste of citrus peel and pine resin.
