Pouring a hazy, salmon-hued liquid, it opens with an intense bouquet of sun-ripened strawberry and tropical guava, underpinned by a complex, funky wild yeast character. Appearance. Hazy to opaque with a distinct salmon-pink to ruby hue (SRM 6–10 including fruit tint). The head is light pink, featuring small bubbles with low retention and minimal lacing due to fruit oils.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh-picked strawberry and musky, tropical guava. Supporting these are moderate wild fermentation notes of lemon zest, damp hay, and a light leathery funk. Malt is neutral and very low; no hop aroma is present.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply acidic and fruit-forward. Flavors of juicy strawberry and tropical guava nectar dominate. Hop bitterness is negligible, and malt flavor is a low, crackery background. The fermentation character is moderately funky and puckering, finishing bone-dry with a lingering tropical tartness.
