La Superbe CASHMERE presents an immersive Hazy IPA experience, defined by its singular focus on the Cashmere hop variety. This double dry-hopped offering radiates with intense tropical and stone fruit expressions, delivering layers of ripe peach, coconut, and melon-lime citrus. The nose is greeted by a complex, fruit-forward bouquet that leads into a velvety, soft palate. Its 6.5% ABV is well-integrated, providing just enough structure to support the lush, juicy profile without introducing heat. The experience is refined and modern, showcasing the unique herbal-meets-melon complexity of its namesake hop against a clean, bready malt backdrop that finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness.

Appearance. Color is a pale straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. It is topped by a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of melon, peach, and subtle coconut, complemented by a lemon-lime citrus brightness. Malt character is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready, with a clean fermentation profile that emphasizes hop-derived esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma with peach, melon, and citrus zest. The malt provides a soft, grainy, and bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft mouthfeel and off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward without any hop harshness or vegetal notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a soft, rounded presence on the palate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, with zero astringency.
