Trance N Dance is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a luminous, opaque appearance from the heavy use of oats and wheat. The sensory profile is dominated by a high-intensity hop bouquet, where Citra and Citra Cryo deliver sharp layers of grapefruit, lime, and tropical mango. The inclusion of Lotus hops adds a distinctive and complex dimension of orange creamsicle and soft vanilla. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally smooth and 'juicy,' balancing low perceived bitterness with a lush, fruit-forward profile. This modern IPA concludes with a soft, pillowy finish that highlights the expressive, tropical character of its New World hops.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a luminous glow. Large, rocky, white head with high retention and thick, meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, pineapple, and bright citrus zest from Citra and Citra Cryo. Lotus hops provide unique notes of orange peel and a hint of vanilla. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with subtle stone fruit esters.
Taste. Explosive tropical fruit flavors of peach and mango lead into a citrus-heavy mid-palate. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Bready, grainy malt character supports the hop saturation. Finish is off-dry, smooth, and lingering with fruit-skin notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel without astringency or hop burn; very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
