This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant tropical profile driven by the specific hop combination of Alora, Simcoe, and Ekuanot. Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring stone fruit (peach), tropical fruit (passion fruit, melon), and distinct citrus (yuzu). Background notes of pine and forest berry. Low bready and grainy-sweet malt. Clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors reflecting the aroma: juicy melon, apricot, and citrus zest. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral base. Perceived bitterness is moderate but smooth, masked by the body. The balance is hop-forward with an off-dry, fruit-saturated finish and no harshness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body. Moderate carbonation. Smooth texture without astringency. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.5% ABV.
