Taste. Initial impression is dominated by juicy pineapple and dank hop resin. A firm, medium-high bitterness provides the structure. Low malt flavors of toast and cocoa provide a supportive background without roasted harshness. The finish is dry and clean with lingering hop oils.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.5% ABV. No detectable astringency.
