This modern Hazy IPA showcases a unique European twist, leveraging French hops to deliver a beautifully expressive and juicy sensory profile. Bright, sun-drenched aromas of ripe red strawberry and raspberry driven by Barbe Rouge mingle elegantly with the sweet orange peel and soft apricot notes of Elixir. On the palate, a soft, pillowy mouthfeel carries these vibrant fruit characters across a gentle, bready malt canvas. Restrained bitterness allows the luxurious berry and stone fruit flavors to remain front and center, culminating in a smooth, off-dry finish that is incredibly refreshing.

Appearance. Deep straw to luminous light orange-amber. Distinctively hazy and opaque with a soft glow. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and beautiful, clingy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of ripe strawberry, red currant, and raspberry, coupled with sweet orange marmalade and fresh peach. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt character rests quietly in the background. Esters are clean and complementary, completely free of any harsh, grassy, or buttery notes.

Taste. Initial impression is highly juicy and fruit-forward, bursting with red berry and stone fruit flavors. Low to medium-low malt flavor presents as fresh, neutral grain. Hop bitterness is low to moderate, well-masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering, gentle fruit-skin character and zero hop burn or harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the velvety mouthfeel without any prickly carbonic bite. Exhibits a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from its 6.7% ABV, completely free of astringency.
