This Session IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience powered by a heavy double dry-hopping of Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Mosaic hops. The aroma leads with intense notes of resinous pine and bright grapefruit from the Simcoe, complemented by the ripe stone fruit and tropical mango signatures of Idaho 7. Mosaic adds a complex layer of blueberry and citrus zest. On the palate, the hop-forward character is supported by a lean, grainy malt base that ensures a clean, refreshing finish. Its low alcohol content makes it highly approachable while maintaining the punchy bitterness and aromatic depth characteristic of an American IPA.

Appearance. Pours a pale gold to light amber (approx 6 SRM) with a slight haze resulting from the intensive double dry-hopping. It is topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pine and grapefruit from the Simcoe. These are layered with tropical papaya and stone fruit notes from Idaho 7, alongside the complex blueberry and citrus character of Mosaic. Malt is low, clean, and grainy.

Taste. A hop-forward profile with medium-high bitterness. Flavors of resinous pine, tropical mango, and mixed berries dominate the palate. The malt presence is low and cracker-like, providing a clean, supportive base. It features a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
