Pressure is a sophisticated Baltic Porter that balances high-gravity intensity with the smoothness of a cold fermentation. Deep layers of malt provide a sturdy foundation of toasted bread and nutty richness, evolving into notes of dark chocolate and black molasses. The aromatic profile is defined by an elegant display of dark dried fruits—plums, raisins, and prunes—reminiscent of a fine Port. At 9% ABV, it carries a deceptive, well-integrated warmth that enhances the velvety texture without harshness. A clean, lager-like finish ensures that the complex interplay of caramel sweetness and mild roasted coffee remains approachable, refined, and dangerously drinkable.

Appearance. Deep reddish-copper to opaque dark brown; features a thick, persistent tan-colored head with excellent lacing; clarity is brilliant in the copper highlights.

Aroma. High intensity of rich maltiness with notes of caramel, toffee, and deep toast; complex alcohol and ester profile reminiscent of plums, prunes, and raisins with a subtle vinous quality; no hop aroma; clean fermentation.
