This assertive American IPA showcases an intense sensory profile driven by Belgian Comet hops. The aroma leads with a pungent, high-intensity bouquet of wild grapefruit, resinous pine, and a distinctive herbal, dank quality. Utilizing 100% Belgian malt provides a crisp, crackery, and lightly toasted foundation that supports an unapologetically aggressive bitterness without becoming harsh. On the palate, the hop character is bold and zesty, leaning into grassy and citrus peel notes that linger deep into a bone-dry finish. Appearance. Color is pale gold to light amber (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and a light herbal, grassy spice. Low grainy-sweet and slightly crackery malt character provides a clean background. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.
