This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, tropical sensory profile defined by an intense dry-hop blend of Cryo Mosaic, Citra, Strata, and Chinook. The aromatics lead with an explosion of passion fruit, ripe mango, and bright pink grapefruit, supported by a subtle, dank resinous note. Its appearance is a luminous, opaque pale gold with a persistent, creamy white head. The palate follows the nose, delivering lush layers of tropical stone fruit over a soft, bready malt base. A smooth, pillowy mouthfeel tempers the moderate bitterness, culminating in a clean, juicy finish that emphasizes the complex citrus character and citrus zest aftertaste.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a consistent, hazy shine; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passion fruit and mango from Mosaic and Strata, alongside bright grapefruit and lime from Citra. A touch of piney resin from Chinook persists. Malt is low and bready/grainy; fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and berry. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low-medium and smooth, avoiding any hop bite. The finish is off-dry and juicy, with a lingering fruit-forward character and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, velvety, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency; a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
