Fire Walk With Me is a striking Wild Specialty Beer that delivers a sensory collision between vibrant red berries and the distinctive warmth of Aji Amarillo peppers. A deep crimson hue introduces a bouquet where sharp lactic acidity meets the fruity, tropical heat of the peppers, layered over the complex nuances of wild fermentation. The palate is dominated by a tart red fruit profile that quickly gives way to a creeping, glowing pepper heat. Appearance. SRM 12–20 (deep pink to translucent blood red); moderate pink-tinted head with poor to fair retention; slight haze from fruit solids and wild yeast.
