The sensory experience is defined by delicate red berry notes—cherry and raspberry—intermingled with a rustic, slightly earthy undertone characteristic of the grape skins. A gentle lactic acidity from its sour lager foundations brightens the palate, enhancing the fruit's natural vibrancy without overshadowing the lean, cracker-like Pilsner malt profile. Effervescent and remarkably dry, it mimics the refreshment of a sparkling rosé, finishing with a clean, snappy tartness and a light tannic grip that invites another sip.
Appearance. Luminous ruby to pale burgundy hue with moderate clarity. Pours with a light pink, fine-beaded head that shows moderate retention and delicate lacing.
