Disco Dino is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that masterfully balances bright fruit acidity with an unexpected roasted depth. The sensory experience is led by a lush, jammy Raspberry presence that provides a refreshing tartness throughout the palate. A subtle infusion of Coffee provides a unique zing on the finish, offering earthy and lightly roasted notes that contrast the fruit's brightness. The fermentation character is clean and acidic, enhancing the fruit profile without being overwhelming.
