Demöntage is a vibrant, creative take on the classic American Lager, utilizing a clean and neutral malt base to showcase botanical additions. The infusion of hibiscus transforms the sensory experience, contributing a delicate floral perfume and a faint, cranberry-like tartness. Complementing this, the habanero adds a subtle fruity pepper skin character and a controlled, whispering warmth on the back of the throat that never obscures the beer's refreshing nature. Highly carbonated and incredibly crisp, it maintains the dry, thirst-quenching finish expected of its style while providing an adventurous interplay of floral brightness and light, lingering spice.

Appearance. Light ruby to vibrant pinkish-orange in color; white to pale pink, frothy head with moderate persistence; clear to slightly hazy due to the hibiscus infusion.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring low grainy and sweet malt notes. A distinct floral hibiscus aroma dominates, paired with a subtle fruity pepper skin scent from the habanero. Hop aroma is very low to absent, and the fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral with low grainy malt sweetness. The palate quickly introduces tart floral notes of hibiscus and a mild, savory habanero pepper flavor. Bitterness is low, allowing the dry finish and high carbonation to define the balance. A very light, building heat from the peppers persists briefly in the aftertaste alongside a clean, botanical snap.

Mouthfeel. Low to medium-low body with very high carbonation providing a sharp carbonic bite. Alcohol warmth is very low, though a mild capsicum-derived warmth is perceptible. Crisp, clean, and refreshing with no astringency.
