This Margarita-inspired Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile that masterfully captures the essence of the classic cocktail. The aroma is dominated by zesty lime and bright orange citrus, complemented by the distinct, earthy sweetness of agave syrup and a subtle floral tequila note from barrel aging. Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Pale straw to light gold in color. Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing. Slight haze present from citrus oil and agave additions.

Aroma. High intensity citrus aroma featuring fresh lime zest and sweet orange peel. Moderate earthy and floral notes from agave syrup. Distinctive peppery, spicy, and woody tequila character from barrel aging. Low grainy-sweet malt character; hop aroma is absent to allow the spices and fruits to dominate.

Taste. Initial impression is a bright, tart burst of lime and orange. Malt flavor is low, providing a cracker-like foundation. The agave syrup contributes a unique earthy sweetness that balances the citrus acidity. Low bitterness, derived more from citrus pith and barrel tannins than hops.
