This Thai-inspired Gose offers a striking sensory juxtaposition, blending traditional tartness with exotic adjuncts. The aroma is dominated by bright lime zest and sweet toasted coconut, which sit atop a foundation of dark, bready malt and a light lactic tang. On the palate, a sharp acidity is immediately balanced by a perceptible sea salt brine, creating a mouthwatering effect. The dark malts provide a subtle cocoa-like depth without roasted bitterness, while the coconut adds a creamy roundness. Taste.
