This non-alcoholic Wild Specialty Beer offers a vibrant sensory journey led by an abundance of organic Quebec cassis. The pour is striking, revealing a brilliant ruby-purple hue topped with a delicate pink foam. On the nose, intense earthy and tart blackcurrant aromas dominate, supported by a clean, sharp lactic acidity that promises refreshing tartness. The palate follows through with a bold explosion of dark berry fruit, where the natural tannins of the cassis provide structure against a light, effervescent body. It finishes exceptionally dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, berry-skin tartness that elegantly masks its low-alcohol nature.

Appearance. Vivid ruby to deep purple-pink with a slight haze; features a moderate, fine-beaded pink head with fair retention and light lacing.
