This traditional Weissbier offers a classic Bavarian profile defined by vibrant yeast-driven character. A bright bouquet of ripe banana and soft clove leads the sensory experience, supported by a gentle, bready wheat base. Brewed with malted wheat and Pilsner malt, it presents a delicate balance between fruity esters and a light, grainy sweetness. Its refreshing nature is highlighted by a creamy, moussy foam and a crisp finish, making it exceptionally approachable. The interplay of fresh fruit notes and a soft, doughy malt backbone ensures a well-rounded palate, staying true to the heritage of the style while remaining highly drinkable and vibrant.
Appearance. Pale gold (3–5 SRM) with a characteristic hazy shine from wheat proteins and yeast. It features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
