This refreshing Blonde Ale presents a welcoming, malt-forward profile designed for easy drinking. Brewed with specific American hops, the addition of Cascade and Summit varieties introduces bright, clean citrus notes that dance over a light bready malt backbone. The high fermentation process ensures a clean profile with subtle fruity esters, while bottle conditioning results in a refined, persistent effervescence. Balanced and approachable, it avoids aggressive bitterness, allowing the soft grain character to lead into a crisp, thirst-quenching finish. It captures a vibrant, artisanal spirit, making it an ideal companion for light tapas or a refreshing evening pour.
