Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (5-7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with persistent effervescence. Forms a dense, rocky, snow-white head that leaves intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant spicy phenols of black pepper and clove. Moderate fruity esters of orange peel and ripe pear. Soft, grainy-sweet pilsner malt aroma. The Willamette hops provide a low but distinct herbal and slightly woody note.
