This session-strength Saison delivers a vibrant aromatic profile built on a base of Bohemian Pils Extra Premium and wheat. The nose is a complex tapestry of spicy yeast esters and continental Saaz and Willamette hops, enhanced by unique additions of Allspice, red pepper, and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate, it is light-bodied and exceptionally refreshing, showcasing bright citrus notes alongside a rustic, grainy malt backbone. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, where the subtle warmth of the peppers and the herbal snap of the hops create a crisp, lingering spice that defines its spirit while remaining accessible to all palates.
Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 5 SRM) with a slight haze from the wheat addition; features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head with excellent Belgian lacing.
Aroma. High aromatic intensity with a mix of spicy yeast esters and herbal Saaz and Willamette hops. Notes of citrus zest are prominent, layered with the woody scent of cinnamon and the clove-like pungency of Allspice. Low grainy malt sweetness persists in the background.
Taste. Initial impression is bright and citrusy with a soft, grainy malt flavor. The hop bitterness is moderate and balanced by a spicy, phenolic fermentation character. Distinctive notes of Allspice and a faint, peppery warmth from the red pepper emerge mid-palate. The finish is exceptionally dry and crisp with a lingering herbal and spicy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high, effervescent carbonation. No alcohol warmth is perceived at this strength. The wheat provides a slightly creamy texture despite the high attenuation and dry finish.
