La Quince Green Mind
This Hazy IPA captures a vibrant, brew wild spirit with an explosive sensory profile driven by a massive hop load. Radiant tropical aromas of mango and lime from Ekuanot and Citra lead the charge, supported by the classic grapefruit and floral citrus notes of Centennial and Cascade. A soft, grainy malt backbone provides a plush stage for these intense fruit flavors, while the finish remains smooth and juice-like. Expect a harmonious interplay of stone fruit and resinous undertones that dance across the palate, delivering a refreshing yet substantial experience characteristic of the modern New England style.
Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, glowing haze. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring layers of tropical papaya, zesty lime, and sweet orange. Underlying notes of floral pine and soft bready malt are present, with a clean fermentation profile that elevates the complex hop esters.
Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of grapefruit, melon, and passionfruit dominate from the first sip. A moderate bitterness provides structure without being sharp, balanced by a light, bready malt sweetness. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a soft fruit essence.
