This elevated German Pils-style lager delivers a contemporary sensory experience through its Brut India Pale Lager construction. A potent 7% ABV backbone supports a complex hop profile featuring floral Hallertauer Mittelfruh and a pungent double dry hop of Chinook. The aroma is dominated by grapefruit zest and resinous pine, layered over a delicate cracker-like malt foundation. Fermented cleanly with lager yeast, it achieves extreme attenuation for a bone-dry, "Brut" finish. Warrior hops provide a sharp, clean bitterness that defines the palate, resulting in a crisp, refreshing, and intensely aromatic beer that pushes the boundaries of traditional lager styles.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant pine and grapefruit resin from Chinook hops, complemented by the delicate floral and spicy perfume of Hallertauer Mittelfruh. Subtle grainy, doughy malt character provides a light honey-sweet backdrop. Clean, ester-free fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial crisp, cracker-like malt flavor is immediately superseded by a firm, clean bitterness from Warrior hops. Mid-palate reveals layers of spice, pine, and citrus. The finish is exceptionally dry and crisp, typical of the Brut style, with a lingering minerally sharpness and a clean hop-forward aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that enhances the crisp, refreshing character. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth reflects the 7% ABV. Clean and sharp on the tongue with no harshness or astringency.
