This American IPA delivers a bold, punchy aromatic profile driven by a generous use of Simcoe and Centennial hops. Expect an intense interplay of resinous pine and dank earthiness from the Simcoe, complemented by the bright floral and grapefruit-zest notes characteristic of Centennial. The malt presence is deliberately lean, providing a clean, bready foundation that allows the aggressive bitterness to take center stage. At 7.2% ABV, it offers a sturdy structure with a dry, lingering finish. It is a classic West Coast-leaning representation, balancing resinous depth with a sharp, citrusy bite for a refreshing yet complex drinking experience.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber color (8-10 SRM). Clear appearance with a thick, off-white head characterized by excellent persistence and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of resinous pine needles and damp earth from Simcoe, alongside floral lemon and orange peel from Centennial. Very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant grapefruit, pine, and floral spice. Low clean maltiness with light toasted notes. Firm, assertive bitterness leads to a medium-dry finish and a long, resinous, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Moderate-high carbonation levels. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
