Crafted to celebrate La Pirata’s third anniversary, Round 3 is a Specialty IPA presented in the Brut IPA substyle. At 6.7% ABV, it delivers an exceptionally dry profile with high attenuation. The sensory experience is dominated by a hop-forward character, featuring vibrant notes of citrus, tropical stone fruit, and a touch of resinous pine. While maintaining the bone-dry finish characteristic of the style, it exhibits the surprising dark brown appearance and restrained roasted malt undertones—such as light toast and chocolate—defined by its stylistic classification. This celebratory pour balances intense bitterness with a clean, crisp mouthfeel and a lingering, dry aftertaste.
