This Hazy IPA offers a momentary escape with its intense, juicy profile. As the 'little sister' to the brewery's celebrated LAB 005, it channels a similar hop-forward intensity into a more approachable framework. Expect a punchy aromatic bouquet of tropical fruit and bright citrus, highlighting the signature sensory notes often associated with Citra and Mosaic hops. The pour is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing straw hue and a dense, meringue-like white head. On the palate, a velvety, medium-full body carries flavors of ripe mango and pineapple without harsh bitterness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, showcasing a clean, bready malt base.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Pours with a thick, rocky, white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, passion fruit, and citrus. Low bready and grainy malt character provides a supporting background. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of mango, pineapple, and citrus peel. Malt flavor is low to medium, reminiscent of soft dough or white bread. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and remarkably smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry with a lingering, juicy hop impression.
