This Hazy IPA presents an intense, tropical escape defined by a massive dry-hop addition of BRU-1 and Sabro. The sensory experience opens with a vivid bouquet of pineapple and ripe mango from the BRU-1, seamlessly blending into the distinctive coconut and cream-soda notes provided by the Sabro. Its appearance is a radiant, opaque straw-gold with a dense, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the soft, bready malt backbone provides a cushioned foundation for the explosive fruit character, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish that remains refreshingly juicy rather than sweet. It is a quintessential New England IPA, prioritizing lush hop texture and aromatic depth.
Appearance. Color is a pale straw to gold (SRM 4) with a signature opaque, hazy shine. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing.
