This bold Double IPA showcases the singular power of Amarillo hops in a classic West Coast interpretation. The sensory profile is dominated by intense aromas of zesty orange, grapefruit, and a distinct floral perfume, underscored by subtle notes of ripe peach. Its appearance is a brilliant deep gold with a resilient white head. On the palate, a firm, clean bitterness cuts through a lean, crackery malt base, allowing the citrus-forward hop character to lead into a bone-dry, lingering finish. At 8% ABV, it provides a smooth, integrated warmth that enhances the beer's potency without sacrificing its high drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale copper with excellent clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.
