This modern take on a German Pils highlights the vibrant impact of Citra hops through a generous dry-hopping process. It opens with an inviting bouquet of lime zest, grapefruit, and a hint of tropical lychee, layered over a delicate foundation of doughy Pilsner malt. The palate is defined by a crisp, high attenuation that delivers a sharp, refreshing snap, balancing moderate hop bitterness with a clean, mineral finish. While maintaining the structured elegance of a classic pale lager, the Citra infusion elevates the experience with bright citrus notes, making it a harmoniously bitter and exceptionally drinkable craft lager.

Appearance. Brilliant straw gold with sparkling clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves fine lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bright citrus aromas of lime and lemon peel dominate due to the Citra dry-hopping, supported by underlying notes of spicy noble hops and a low, grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of fresh crackers. Very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impressions of soft, bready malt are quickly superseded by a firm, clean bitterness. Hop flavors feature prominent grapefruit and citrus zest. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp, leading into a very dry, refreshing finish with a lingering minerality and subtle citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that creates a crisp, mouth-cleansing scrub. Smooth texture with no astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol presence.
