This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of Galaxy hops, delivering an assertive sensory profile defined by tropical intensity. The aroma is dominated by concentrated notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus zest, which transition seamlessly onto the palate. A clean, neutral malt backbone provides necessary support without competing for attention, ensuring the massive hop character remains the focal point. The bitterness is firm and structural, characteristic of the style, yet balanced by a dry finish that enhances drinkability. At 7.8% ABV, the beer exhibits a smooth, well-integrated warmth that carries the resinous and fruity Galaxy oils through a long, crisp conclusion.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent passionfruit, citrus, and peach notes from the Galaxy additions. Background notes of clean, grainy malt with a neutral fermentation profile and a very low, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong, complex tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors. Bitterness is high but clean and devoid of harshness. The malt character is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft, grainy base. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste.
