This robust English Porter delivers a sophisticated sensory experience, blending traditional British foundations with modern Colombian coffee. The grist, featuring Pale Ale, Brown, and Chocolate malts, creates a deep base of toasted biscuit and rich cocoa. The inclusion of oats and wheat provides a silky, velvet-like texture that carries the aromatic intensity of freshly roasted coffee beans. Nugget hops provide a clean, supportive bitterness, while Mosaic contributes a subtle layer of dark fruit and berry complexity.
