The palate is defined by a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hop character to remain the focal point, offering layers of grapefruit and floral notes. Appearance. Color is medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing on the glass.
