This Hazy IPA from La Pirata showcases the innovative use of 20-M Cryo Pop Hops, delivering a vibrant sensory experience characterized as a revitalizing hop juice. The primary profile is defined by an explosion of ripe mango and lush tropical fruit, underpinned by a refreshing, clean brightness. On the palate, the hop intensity is high but smooth, avoiding harshness while maintaining a soft, pillowy texture. Subtle bready malt notes provide a supportive base for the experimental hop character, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish. It represents a modern, fruit-forward interpretation where freshness and tropical depth are the focus.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, thick, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominated by pungent tropical fruit and sweet mango esters from the 20-M Cryo Pop Hops. Low, clean, bready malt background with no caramel. Very light, integrated alcohol note and neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Massive tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors, mirroring the aroma with intense mango and pineapple. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft rather than sharp. The finish is juicy and off-dry with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, plush body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency or harsh hop burn.
