Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head. The appearance features a characteristic haze ranging from slight to moderate opacity, reflecting its New England influence.
Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics dominate, featuring sharp pink grapefruit, tropical passionfruit, and a hint of the pungent, diesel-like edge characteristic of Riwaka. Background notes of neutral grainy malt and subtle fruity esters from a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Prominent tropical fruit and citrus flavors lead the palate, followed by a firm, moderately high bitterness that avoids harshness. The malt character is low and supportive, providing soft bready notes without caramel sweetness. It finishes medium-dry with a lingering hop resin and citrus peel aftertaste.
