Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, rocky, snow-white head that leaves dense, intricate Belgian lacing as it slowly recedes.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a seamless blend of peppery and clove-like phenols. Fruity esters are prominent, suggesting fresh orange and lemon zest with a hint of ripe pear. The malt is light and grainy-sweet, supported by a low, perfumy, floral hop character and soft, spicy alcohol notes.
Taste. Complexity begins with a soft, grainy-sweet malt presence that quickly gives way to spicy phenols and citrusy esters. The hop flavor is low and floral.
