La Maldita Penélope is a vibrant Session IPA designed for high drinkability, characterized by its remarkably light and refreshing profile. This sessionable ale presents a complex bouquet of floral and herbal notes, layered with bright citrus and lush tropical fruit accents. Despite its low alcohol content, it maintains a hop-forward character typical of an American IPA, though with a much softer, more approachable bitterness. The palate is clean and crisp, allowing the interplay of pungent herbs and exotic fruit to shine against a lean, grainy malt backdrop, finishing exceptionally dry and invigorating.
