This Double IPA presents a Venetian blonde hue with subtle reddish reflections, signaling a slightly richer malt backbone than many modern examples. The sensory experience is defined by a bold, evolving hop profile that leans into lush tropical and stone fruit notes, delivering a surprising gourmand character. Despite its 7.5% ABV, it offers a full and round mouthfeel that coats the palate, leading into a firm, persistent bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper with distinct reddish highlights (SRM 8-12). Exhibits good clarity and is topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe tropical fruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine. A light, supportive malt presence offers hints of honey and toasted grain in the background, accompanied by a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.
