This American IPA showcases a vibrant, modern hop profile powered by the addition of Cryo Mosaic and Idaho Gem. The nose is greeted with intense waves of tropical mango and blueberry from the Cryo Mosaic, balanced by the distinctive red berry and stone fruit notes characteristic of Idaho Gem. At 6% ABV, the palate remains nimble with a clean, supportive malt backbone that lets the hops shine. A firm, piney bitterness leads to a dry, refreshing finish, highlighting the depth of a double dry-hopped approach while maintaining the classic, bright hop-forward character expected of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a slight haze consistent with double dry hopping. It features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, blueberry, and tangerine. These are accompanied by notes of cherry, red berries, and a resinous pine background. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt supports the hops without competing. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus, mango, and stone fruit. The malt flavor is low and grainy with a hint of toasted bread. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, balancing the hop saturation. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. No hop harshness or astringency is present, with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
