Aurora is a vibrant Wheat IPA that masterfully balances the crisp, cereal character of wheat with a bright, hop-forward profile. The sensory experience is led by high-intensity citrus aromas, featuring notes of grapefruit zest and orange peel that mingle with a clean, bready wheat backdrop. On the palate, the wheat malt takes center stage, providing a smooth, creamy texture that softens the firm hop bitterness. Subtle grainy sweetness is countered by a slightly dry finish and a refreshing, clean aftertaste. This medium-bodied ale offers a modern take on the specialty category, prioritizing drinkability and a lively, citrus-laden bouquet.

Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM), sporting a thick, long-lasting white head with dense lacing. The beer exhibits a slight haze characteristic of its high wheat content, though it remains translucent rather than opaque.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. Supporting this is a moderate, grainy wheat character reminiscent of fresh bread, complemented by very low fruity esters and a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus hop flavor followed immediately by a prominent bready wheat malt presence. The bitterness is moderate to firm but remains smooth, never harsh. The balance leans toward the hops, yet the wheat provides a necessary softening foundation. The finish is slightly dry and crisp with a lingering citrus aftertaste and no perceptible alcohol flavor.
