This Imperial Gose offers a potent sensory experience, fusing the traditional tartness of a Gose with the sophisticated, spirited influence of ten months in Tequila barrels. The aroma is high-intensity, defined by agave sweetness, lime-like acidity, and a distinctive herbal prickle from coriander. On the palate, a bold salinity amplifies the medium-full body, balancing a deep, doughy Pilsner and wheat malt foundation with the sharp, clean sourness of lactic fermentation. Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (5-7 SRM); hazy to cloudy with a moderate, off-white head that shows fair retention and fine lacing despite the high alcohol content.
