La Calavera Attitude is a bright and revitalizing Gose that elevates its historical roots with vibrant fruit additions. The sensory experience is led by a burst of fresh tangerine zest and the velvety sweetness of sun-ripened apricot, melding seamlessly with the style's signature lactic tartness. A delicate saline minerality provides a savory counterpoint, enhancing the fruit's juiciness while the faint spice of coriander adds a citrusy lift. Soft, bready wheat malts anchor the profile, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish that demands another sip. This effervescent ale perfectly balances tangy acidity with fruity complexity for ultimate refreshment.

Appearance. Pale yellow (3 SRM) with a moderate to full haze. Features a tall, white head with tight bubbles and fair retention, supported by high effervescence.

Aroma. High intensity. Immediate aromas of tangy tangerine zest and lush apricot pulp are layered over a clean lactic sourness. A moderate bready, doughy malt presence provides a base, accompanied by a subtle, bright coriander spice and a hint of mineral-rich sea salt.

Taste. Refreshing initial impression of tart citrus and stone fruit, specifically juicy tangerine and mellow apricot. A medium-low bready malt flavor supports the acidity. Bitterness is very low, allowing the lactic sharpness to balance the wheat. A distinct but restrained saltiness appears mid-palate, giving way to a very dry, clean, and acidic finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high carbonation, creating an effervescent and lively feel. The salt presence provides a tingly, mouthwatering quality and a perceived roundness, while the acidity keeps the finish sharp and refreshing without any alcoholic warmth.
